General
Amendments or cancellations must be in a written form.
Please
notice, that we are able to reserve per 20 participants just one
2-bedroom (for example for group leaders)!
After your definitive reservation we would need 50% of the total
invoice as a prepayment at least 2 weeks after your reservation!
Cancellation-terms
for groups from 9 (nine) people
Part
or full cancellation must be in a written form and may arrive us
atleast 4 weeks before arrival.
If the
deadline was not kept or if there is a decrease between the number of
the announced and arrived guests, the cancellation fee is to be paid
per person for all ordered services of the first night and for a
reservation of three or more nights at least 50% of all ordered
services.
Cancellation-terms for city tours
As
the offered city tours are organized by external and licensed guides, part
or full cancellation must be in a written form and may arrive
us atleast 4
weeks before arrival.
If the
deadline was not kept or if there is a decrease between the number of
the announced and arrived guests, the total price for all ordered tours
is to be paid.
Cancellation-terms for individuals up to 8
(eight) persons
Cancellations
are possible at least 1 day before arrival and only in a
written form.
If you don't arrive without having cancelled before, we have to charge
the first night to your creditcard!
The amount
is to be paid in CASH on arrival.
Your credit card number is needed only as a guarantee (i.e. late
cancelling). So we are not charging to your creditcard before
arrival-day!
For hygienic
reasons pets
are not allowed (undependent on size or kind)!
Liability
The renting party and/or the guest is liable to the hostel in full for
damage to the building or inventory caused by himself or his
guests. The hostel can
require alternatively the transfer of the claims for damages.
ViennaCityHostel is also entitled to debit the credit cards of the
customer for the height of the occurred damage.
The Austrian General Terms And Conditions For
The Hotel Industry (AGBH) of the 15. Nov. 2006 are valid as
far as nothing else agreed. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
